Move
1. Normal lymph node structure remains, some lymph nodes are destroyed, and a large number of cancerous glandular cavities of different sizes and irregular patterns are seen in the marginal sinuses of the lymph nodes, as well as in the cortex and medulla.
2. The cancer cells have obvious heterogeneity, and pathological nuclear schizophrenia can be seen, which is consistent with the morphology of gastric adenocarcinoma.
Common Problems
Diagnostic point: Adenocarcinoma tissue appears in the lymph nodes, consistent with the morphology of gastric adenocarcinoma.
