Operation method
Morphologic observation experiments on acute common hepatitis
Materials and Instruments
Gross specimen Tissue section Move 1. The lesions consist of extensive hepatocellular degeneration with slight necrosis in a punctate distribution. Caveat Diagnostic points:1. extensive hydropic degeneration of hepatocytes;2. punctate necrosis;3. little inflammatory cell infiltration For more product details, please visit Aladdin Scientific website.
2. Hepatocellular edema: the hepatocytes are enlarged and rounded, the cytoplasm becomes hollow and translucent, and some cells are 3 to 4 times larger than normal, which is called balloon-like change. Hepatocyte cords are disorganized and hepatic sinusoids are narrowed due to the enlargement of hepatocytes.
3. Eosinophilic hepatocytes: individual hepatocytes are eosinophilic with deep red coloration of the cytoplasm. In severe cases, the nucleus disappears and becomes a round deep red body, i.e. acidophilic body.
4. a few pitting necrotic areas scattered distribution, only 1 to several hepatocytes involved, necrotic hepatocytes have disappeared, and replaced by lymphocytes and phagocytes.
