Principle
When the cells growing on the surface of the microelectrode cause a change in the impedance of the interface of the walled electrode, this change is correlated with the real-time functional state of the cells, and the real-time dynamic impedance detection of the electrode can be used to obtain biological information related to the physiological function of the cells, including cell growth, extension, morphology, death and walling, and so on.
