Principle
Slant medium is a kind of solid medium, the production should be quantitatively dispensed in the test tube while hot, and solidified into a slant is called slant medium, used for the expansion of strains of bacteria to transfer the tube and the preservation of strains.
Materials and Instruments
Agar Slant Medium Move 1、Label the name (or number) of the transferred bacteria, the date of inoculation, and the group and code name of the inoculator on the upper part of the test tube of agar slant medium. 2. Then the slant culture medium was put into 37℃ constant temperature box to cultivate for 24 h. As a result, bacterial moss was formed on the surface of the slant. Caveat 1. The correct hand position for inoculation of bacteria is: the left hand holds the bottom of the plate with the bacteria and the right hand holds the inoculation ring. 2.
