Overview
PC Mal-NHS carbonate ester is a photocleavable linker containing a Maleimide and an NHS ester groups. The maleimide group can react with thiol groups between pH 6.5 to 7.5. The NHS ester can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules.
