In Vitro
WICl (10 nM, 100 nM, 10μM, 100 μM) decrease TFC/LEF luciferase reporter activity in BEAS2B cell. WICl (10 nM, 100 nM, 10μM, 100 μM) shows minimal toxicity.\nWICl (1μM) displays a significant reduction in ABSC proliferation. WICl decreases mRNA expression of 145 known downstream Wnt signaling target genes such as CCND1, MYC, and CTNNB1. WICl (1μM) decreases the nuclear localization. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
