CB2receptor positive allosteric modulator. EnhancesCP 55940 and 2-Arachidonylglycerol-stimulated binding of [35S]GTPγS to CB2receptors, but has no effect in the absence of agonist. Exhibits antinociceptive effects in an animal model of neuropathic pain.
