Can RIPA lysis buffer continue to be used after being stored unopened at room temperature for 24 hours? Is there a limit to the number of repeated freezing and thawing?
If the product is left at room temperature (around 25℃) for 24 hours, the effect of the product will not be significantly affected and it can be used continuously. However, it is recommended that the product be dispensed immediately after receipt and stored at -20℃, and the number of repeated freezing and thawing should not exceed 5 times.
