Does the sample buffer have an effect on the effectiveness of the electrophoresis solution? If the buffer is accidentally run out does it need to replace the electrophoresis solution?
Sampling buffer will affect the electrophoresis solution, if the overflow is small, it can be ignored, if the overflow is large, it is necessary to replace the fresh electrophoresis solution in time to avoid affecting the subsequent electrophoresis effect. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the overflow of buffer, it is recommended to dissolve the buffer completely in a warm bath at a temperature below 37℃ before use.
