How to register a business account?
To open an account, go to Create Account in the site header (https://www.aladdinsci.com/us_en/company/account/create/), complete the three-step form and click Open my business account. The form takes about three minutes; you do not choose a password at this stage — you set it from the activation email after your application is reviewed.
1. About you. First name, last name, work email, job title or role, and your phone number (optional). Use your institutional email address (for example [email protected]); it is how the account is verified, and the form will warn you；We recommend using your institutional email address to register for a smoother account setup. We may contact you to confirm your organization’s information./ Other institutions.the final option labels with compliance.
2. Your organisation. Company or institution name as it appears on purchase orders, VAT or tax ID (optional), street address, city, ZIP or postal code, country and state or province. The address must be the institution's address, not a home address.
3. Confirm. Enter the security code shown in the image, tick I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Sale, the Privacy Policy, and the Return Policy, and optionally tick the box to receive product updates, technical notes and lab discounts. Click Open my business account.
You will see a confirmation message and receive an email acknowledging your application . What happens next is described in Article 3.
Tips. Register the person who will manage users and orders as the first registrant — they become the company administrator and cannot be replaced by another user without contacting support. If several colleagues need access, register once and invite them (Article 5); a second registration under the same institution name is held for review . If you already have an account, use Sign In instead; a new registration with an email that is already in use is refused.
