Novel vector-mediated gene introduction technologies

Summary

Currently gene introduction technology is the main technique for the preparation of ips cells, and the improvement of gene vectors promotes the establishment of genetically unmodified ips cells. There are mainly integrated vectors, non-integrated vectors and novel vectors. Non-viral microcircular vectors in novel vectors can efficiently prepare genetically unmodified ips cells, and it has recently been found that only viral vectors can reprogram somatic cells into ips cells.
