Chemical Structure: HO(CH₂CH₂O)ₙH, polymerized from ethylene oxide. This series of products are non-toxic and non-irritating, with good water solubility and favorable compatibility with many organic components. They possess excellent lubricity, moisture retention, dispersibility, adhesiveness, antistatic property and softening performance. They are widely applied in industries including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemical fiber, rubber, plastics, papermaking, coatings, electroplating, pesticides, metal processing and food processing. PEG8000-NaCl Solution(5×) is used in lentivirus detection reagents (e.g., norovirus). PEG8000-NaCl Solution(5×) is composed of PEG8000, sodium chloride and deionized water, and has been autoclaved.
