Product Description:
dCTP (100mM, UltraPure) is a single-component of ultrapure dCTP, which is suitable for use in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling, and other routine molecular biology reactions that require high-purity dNTP. The pH is titrated to 7.0-7.5 with NaOH solution. dNTP (Deoxy-ribonucleoside triphosphate) includes dATP (deoxyadenosine triphosphate), dCTP (deoxycytidine triphosphate), dGTP (deoxyguanosine triphosphate), dTTP (deoxythymidine triphosphate), and dUTP (deoxyuridine triphosphate). Among them, dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP are indispensable in the PCR reaction as raw materials. DNA polymerase synthesizes a new DNA strand complementary to the DNA template strand by adding dNTPs that are complementary to the template in 5′ to 3′ direction, and thus the quality and concentration of dNTP are closely related to the amplification efficiency.
