Guidelines for molding
1.The packaging of this product is moisture-proof packaging, the moisture content is constant before unopacking, it is recommended to use as soon as possible after opening. Before using the opened product, it is recommended that it be dehumidification and drying as necessary to ensure the quality of the injection molding products and the stability of the injection molding process. Drying temperature should not be too high, the maximum should not exceed 100℃, the time should not be too long, the maximum should not exceed 5 hours.
2.Injection molding temperature should not be too high, it is recommended to 230℃~250℃ is appropriate. Too high temperature easily makes bio-based polyamide resin crack at high temperature, product performance is reduced.
3.In the injection molding production process, the mold temperature is appropriate at 60℃~90℃, it is recommended that the mold temperature be kept at the upper limit of the temperature range, too low mold temperature will lead to poor flow of bio-based polyamide resin, poor surface finish, surface defects, high shrinkage of products or brittleness lead to quality decline and so on.
