Overview
Bis-PEG-TFP ester, MW 5K is a PEG derivative which contains TFP moieties. The TFP ester can be reacted with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
