Move

1. Prepare 1 L of 10X medium; dilute to 1X and autoclave before use.

2. Aseptically transfer 0.5 to 2 ml of preserved culture into a 125 ml culture flask containing 50 ml of medium and cover the flask with aluminum foil or a sterilized cotton wool stopper wrapped in cheesecloth.

3. Aerate the culture for growth.
