1. Methodology

Pick the tapeworm segment in the feces, wash it with water, place it between two slides, flatten it gently, observe the internal structure in the light, and identify the species of the tapeworm according to the uterine branching. A syringe can also be inserted into the uterus from the middle of the posterior end of the pregnant node and injected with charcoal ink or red card, and then the uterine branches were counted after they appeared.
