Transcription cDNA probe

Summary

A probe that has obtained mRNA from the transcription of the corresponding gene, which is then obtained by reverse transcription, is called a cDNa probe (cDNa probe). Unlike genomic probes, cDNA probes do not contain intronic sequences.
