Move

1. Direct smear method:

With a sterilized cotton swab swabbing the subject's vaginal secretions in the posterior fornix, in the saline on the slide for smear microscopy, can be found in the local activities of the worm body for rotational movement, easy to identify. In winter, pay attention to heat preservation.

2. Suspended drop method:

Vaginal secretions are added to saline on a coverslip, the coverslip is turned over to cover the concave slide, sealed with petroleum jelly and examined microscopically.

Demonstration Observation

1. Oil microscopic observation of histolytic amoeba, Trichomonas vaginalis and Plasmodium;

2. observation by the naked eye of specimens of adult parasites such as tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, pinworms, filarial worms, etc;

3. microscopic observation of Schistosoma japonicum, tapeworm head segments and eggs, roundworms, hookworms, pinworm eggs, and filarial microfilariae;

4. microscopic observation of arachnids, insectivores of arthropods.
