Overview
McMMAF GMP is a GMP grade McMMAF. McMMAF is a protective group (maleimidocaproyl)-conjugated MMAF, which is a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor. McMMAF can be used as a agent-linker for antibody-drug conjugates (ADC). McMMAF is uncleavable, and must be internalized and degraded within a cell, releasing cysteine-McMMAF as the active agent.
This compound belongs to the class of organic compounds known as hybrid peptides. These are compounds containing at least two different types of amino acids (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) linked to each other through a peptide bond.
