Overview

When 1-4mM MgCl2 is contained, the concentration of each dNTP is 200 μ M. Targeting λ  Primers for about 500 base pair regions of DNA (concentration is 1.0 respectively μ M），1ng/100 μ L's λ  DNA template and 2.5 units/100 μ In the reactant of Taq DNA polymerase L, 10X PCR buffer II was tested with 1X final concentration (10mM Tris HCl, pH 8.3, 25 ° C, 50mM Kcl). The reaction was carried out for 25 cycles, double stranded DNA was denatured at 94 ℃, DNA fragments were annealed at 55 ℃ and 72 ℃

Product application:

The 10x PCR buffer without MgCl2 has been used with PCR enzyme. The 10X PCR buffer without MgCl2 has been used as a component in the PCR amplification mixture for the amplification of mycotoxin mold DNA, parasite DNA and Fusarium oxysporum DNA.
