Overview

HydraGreen ™, Water solution is nontoxic, non carcinogenic and has the same sensitivity as EB. It can be used to replace EB in nucleic acid electrophoresis experiment, dissolving in water instead of toxic DMSO.

1. Ames test; 2. Mouse bone marrow micronucleus test; 3. Chromosome aberration test; 4. Penetration test of latex or nitrile gloves.

High sensitivity: it is suitable for electrophoretic staining of various size fragments and has little effect on nucleic acid migration;

High stability: suitable for preparing agarose gel by microwave or other heating methods;

High signal-to-noise ratio: sample fluorescence signal is strong, background signal is low;
