In Vitro

ABC99 (0.1~10 μΜ; 2 hours; SW620 cells) inhibits NOTUM in a concentration-dependent manner. ABC99 preserves Wnt-3A activity in the presence of NOTUM in a concentration-dependent manner. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
