Overview
Endo F3 is a highly specific recombinant endoglycosidase originating from Flavobacterium meningosepticum and heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of glycan chains on antibodies carrying biantennary and triantennary complex-type N-glycans.

Operating Procedures
1. Before use, take out and thaw the Endo F3 reagent, then centrifuge at 10,000 rpm for 10 seconds to collect all liquid at the bottom of the tube.
2. Combine 10 µg IgG with 1 µL of 500 mM Sodium Acetate (pH 4.5), add Endo F3, and supplement with purified water to a total reaction volume of 20 µL. Mix gently and incubate the mixture at 37°C for 1 hour.
3. Incubate at 37°C for 1 hour.
4. Analyze the digested samples using SDS-PAGE or mass spectrometry.
Remark: Incubation time and enzyme dosage shall be optimized based on actual experimental conditions.
