This product is a dedicated companion reagent for SDS‑PAGE Fluorescent Protein Loading Buffer (3×) (Cat. No. S751584). It must be added only when using Bis‑Tris precast gels (e.g., Life Technology NuPAGE series), to compensate for compatibility differences between this system and Quick‑Bands and ensure optimal fluorescent staining performance.

Instructions for Use

For Bis‑Tris precast gels (e.g., Life Technology), add Enhancing Buffer at 20% of the treated sample volume.Example: add 2 μL of Enhancing Buffer to 10 μL of treated sample.
