Cell Staining Buffer Recipe

Recipe
1.Dissolve 8g of NaCl, 0.2g of KCl, 1.44g of Na₂HPO₄, and 0.24g of KH₂PO₄ in 800ml distilled H₂O.

2.Add 20 ml of heat inactivated FBS.

3.Add 0.9 grams of sodium azide.

4.Adjust pH to 7.4 with HCl.

5.Adjust volume to 1L with additional distilled H₂O.

6.Sterilize by filtration.

7.Store at 4^oC.
