C57BL/6 mouse spleen cells were stained with NKG2A/C/E Rat mAb (APC) (Ab191690) and either Syrian hamster IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab155679; Left panel) or KLRG1 Syrian hamster mAb (Ab112295; Right panel) at 0.2 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of NKG2A/C/E versus KLRG1 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
