Aladdin's EMSA Mutant Probe-PPAR is a mutant of the PPAR consensus oligonucleotide designed for EMSA . It can be used as a negative control for EMSA Probe-PPAR in cold mutant probe competition reactions. PPAR referred to here includes PPARα, PPARβ, and PPARγ.The sequence of EMSA Mutant Probe - PPAR is as follows

Instructions for Use：

1.Set up the cold mutant probe competition reaction by adding the reagents in sequence as follows:Nuclease-free Water 4µlEMSA/Gel-Shift Binding Buffer (5X) 2µlNuclear proteins or purified transcription factors 2µlUnlabeled mutant probe 1µlLabeled probe 1µlTotal volume10µl Note: If a larger volume of unlabeled mutant probe is used, the volume of Nuclease-free Water should be reduced accordingly to keep the total reaction volume at 10µl.
