Product application:

Triethylammonium bicarbonate (teab) buffer can be used to study protein or non covalent protein macromolecular complexes under "non denaturing" conditions by electron spray ionization. Buffer for ion exchange chromatography and electrophoresis.

Triethylammonium bicarbonate buffer is used in ion exchange chromatography and electrophoresis. It can also be used for trypsin digestion as a component of the splitting buffer to adjust the pH value of the buffer, so as to carry out protein quantification as a buffer for ion exchange chromatography and electrophoresis.
