Las fosfatidilcolinas (PC) son moléculas anfipáticas que se localizan principalmente en los foliolos externos de la bicapa de la membrana biológica. Aproximadamente el 40-50% del total de los fosfolípidos celulares está formado por fosfatidilcolina.
