Product Introduction:
The 6 × DNA loading buffer (orange) contains two tracer dyes, Orange G and Xylene Blue FF. In 1% agarose gel electrophoresis, orange G can migrate with~50bp segment, and xylene green FF can migrate with~4000bp segment.
Precautions：
For your own safety, please take protective measures such as wearing lab coats and gloves before using the reagents.
Instructions for Use：
1. Melt the 6 × DNA loading buffer (orange) at 37°C;
2. Gently swirl to ensure even mixing of the solution;
3. Add 1 portion of 6xDNA loading buffer (orange) to 5 portions of DNA samples;
4. Mix thoroughly;
5. Perform electrophoresis after sample loading.
