Descripción general

Serves as a luminescent substrate in acridinium ester chemiluminescent systems.Applied in research including chemiluminescence and immunoassay, receptor analysis, nucleic acid and polypeptide detection.

Recommended Usage

1、Add 50–100 μL of pre-trigger solution to the reaction cuvette, mix well, and react for 1–2 minutes.

2、Add the trigger solution (recommended volume: 3 times that of the pre-trigger solution), then read the results immediately.

Precautions

1、The pre-trigger solution must be stored protected from light.

2、Flush the tubing system when replacing either the pre-trigger solution or the trigger solution.

3、Avoid direct skin contact with this product.
