The operation is straightforward: simply mix the RNA oligos to be annealed with the Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) in the appropriate proportion and place the mixture in a PCR machine. The annealing process can be completed in approximately 60 minutes. The Annealing Buffer for RNA Oligos (10X) has been specially treated to be RNase-free, ensuring that RNA degradation is avoided.
