AZD4694 Precursor is an amyloid-β imaging ligand with high affinity for amyloid-β plaques. AZD4694 Precursor is a high affinity ( K d = 2.3 nM) radioligand for imaging amyloid-β plaques that displays lower white matter binding compared to other fluorinated amyloid-PET tracers, enabling easier visual reads.
