BPTE Running Buffer (10×, RNase-Free) is primarily composed of PIPES, Tris, and EDTA. It is a commonly used buffer for RNA electrophoresis. This product is treated with 0.1% DEPC to effectively inactivate nucleases, ensuring RNA integrity during electrophoresis. For use, dilute 10-fold with DEPC-treated water to obtain a 1× working solution. It is suitable for both denaturing and non-denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis of RNA.
This product is for research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures or other purposes.
Procedure (For Reference Only)
Take an appropriate amount of BPTE Running Buffer (10×) and dilute it 10-fold with DEPC-treated water. Mix well to obtain the 1× working solution.
Pour the 1× working solution into the electrophoresis tank and proceed with RNA gel electrophoresis.
Notes
Strictly avoid RNase contamination throughout the entire experiment. It is recommended to use RNase-free consumables and DEPC-treated water.
For your safety and health, please wear laboratory appropriate attire and disposable gloves during operation.
Use the reagent as soon as possible after opening and keep it sealed to avoid affecting subsequent experimental results.
