BSJ-04-122 has inhibitory activity for MKK4 and MKK7 with IC 50 values of 4 nM and 181 nM, respectively. BSJ-04-122 (1, 5, 10 μM; 6 h) induces robust reduction of JNK phosphorylation. BSJ-04-122 (0, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 μM; 72 h) shows enhanced antiproliferative effects when combination with JNK-IN-8. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
