Calcium-activated chloride channel (CaCC) inhibitor (IC50~ 10μM). Inhibits CaCC currents in human bronchial and intestinal cells. Also inhibits TMEM16A channels (IC50= 2.1μM, in TMEM16A-expressing FRT cells).
