It protects samples from the point of collection for flow cytometry specimens (bone marrow, peripheral blood, lymph node tissue, etc.) to ensure antigen expression stability. Suitable for projects such as immunophenotyping, lymphocyte subset detection, and PNH testing, it guarantees sample quality, thereby ensuring the stability and accuracy of results and avoiding diagnostic errors. For rare case samples or when antibody supply for specimen testing is unavailable, using cell preservation solution for longer-term storage helps complete antibody labeling, enabling thorough and comprehensive testing and diagnosis of cases.
It is suitable for in vitro analysis and detection of flow cytometry specimens, as well as for the detection of surface and intracellular CD molecules. This allows for multiple collections and one-time batch testing, which not only saves research time and effort but also avoids the impact of variations in instruments or reagents during multiple processing and testing sessions.
Cell Storage Solution Type I (EDTA-K2) has a cell fixation effect and can preserve samples for up to 4 weeks. Samples preserved with this solution must not be used for cell culture or viability dye labeling.
Intended Use:
For the preservation and transportation of human-derived cells, intended solely for in vitro diagnostic purposes, and not for therapeutic use.
Usage and Dosage:
Suitable for the preservation of flow cytometry samples. Each tube of cell preservation solution is designed to preserve 1.5–2.5 ml of sample.
Main Components:
The product is composed of Na₂HPO₄, KH₂PO₄, NaCl, KCl, polyethylene glycol, purified water, etc., with a pH of 7.2–7.5.
Applicable Sample Types:
Peripheral blood, bone marrow, tissue, pleural effusion, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.
Instructions for Use:
Open the tube cap and directly inject the collected cell sample into the tube. Invert and mix 10 times. Each tube is for a single sample only, with a sample volume limited to 1.5–2.5 ml.
After thorough mixing of the sample with the Type I cell preservation solution, the sample can be stably preserved at room temperature for at least 2 weeks. To extend the preservation time to 4 weeks, incubate overnight at room temperature and then store at 2–8°C.
Precautions
The ratio of product volume to sample volume must be strictly controlled, and thorough mixing must be ensured.
Collected cell samples should be fresh to ensure effective preservation.
Do not use if the product is damaged or leaking.
This product is for in vitro diagnostic use only.
During use, ensure the sample is thoroughly mixed with the cell preservation solution before storage.
