Storage buffer solution: Ultrapure water
The present CTP (100 mM, Tris Buffered) is provided as a 100 mM aqueous solution, titrated to a pH range of 7.0 to 7.5 using Tris base. This product is free of Nuclease (DNase and RNase) and can be used in different molecular biology and biochemistry applications, such as in vitro transcription with SP6, T3 and T7 RNA polymerases, RNA synthesis, and RNA amplification.
Precautions
This product can be thawed at room temperature. Keep it on ice for use and store at -20ºC immediately after use. Long term (Infrequent use; 1-2 times per month) at -70℃. This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
