Cy3 labeled polyethylene glycol is a near infrared fluorescent PEG derivative that has a maximum absorption at 550 nm and emission around 570 nm. Cy3 labeled PEG derivative can be easily traced from its blue color and strong fluorescence. Additional functionality allows these fluorescent PEG derivatives to be easily conjugated to other molecule or material surfaces.
