DBCO-PEG4-NH-Boc is a PEG derivative with a DBCO group and a Boc-protected amine. The DBCO can undergo copper-free Click Chemistry reactions with azides. The Boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conditions to further react. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound.

DBCO-PEG4-NH-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. DBCO-PEG4-NH-Boc is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
