C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with CD11c Armenian Hamster mAb (FITC) (Ab178874), CD11b Rat mAb (APC) (Ab178881) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Dendritic Cell Marker Rat mAb (Ab185098; Right panel) conjugated with biotin at 1.0 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C and detected with SA-PE (rp156150). A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of Dendritic Cell Marker expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD11c - gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenocytes.
