DNA Loading Buffer (6×, Blue) is a conventional concentrated DNA loading buffer employing bromophenol blue as an indicator.

Instructions for Use:

Mix DNA sample and DNA loading buffer (6×) at a ratio of 1:5. Mix well and load the mix onto gels. For example, add 1µl of DNA Loading Buffer (6×) per 5µl of DNA sample.
