Physical appearance: Liquid
Storage buffer solution: Tris HCL
Product Introduction:
DNA Loading Buffer (6X, Blue) is a conventional six fold concentrated DNA loading buffer. This sample buffer uses bromophenol blue as an indicator. Even after dilution to 1X, the specific gravity is still high, and it is prone to sinking during sample loading, with a clear and visible color.
instructions:
Mix the DNA sample and DNA loading buffer (6X) in a ratio of 1 microliter per 5 microliters of DNA sample. Just add it directly to the DNA gel.
matters needing attention:
Due to the contact of DNA electrophoresis with highly carcinogenic ethidium bromide (EB), DNA loading buffer is highly susceptible to contamination of EB during long-term use. Therefore, please take appropriate precautions during the operation. This product is only for scientific research by professionals and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment, food or medicine, or stored in ordinary residential areas. For your safety and health, please wear lab coats and disposable gloves when operating.
