Animal model of azoospermia

Summary

Azoospermia (azoospermia) refers to the ejaculated semen centrifuged and precipitated, after microscopic examination, but still no sperm, generally there are two types of reasons, one is the testes have normal spermatogenic function, due to the obstruction of the vas deferens, so that sperm produced by the testes can not be discharged out of the body; the other is due to a variety of reasons for spermatogenesis dysfunction of testes itself.
