The animals were fixed on the operating table in supine position, minus the hair in the inguinal area, anesthetized and locally disinfected with iodine. Cut the skin about 2~3cm long to expose and separate the femoral artery, then lift the femoral artery with forceps, ligate the distal end, clamp the proximal end with hemostatic forceps, cut a small hole in the center of the artery, and insert it with a small sterile glass catheter or polyethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene tubing, and let go of the hemostatic forceps, and the blood will flow out from the catheter as well. Blood can be collected 10-20 ml at a time.
