Materials and Instruments

Cut the skin about 2~3cm long to expose and separate the femoral artery, then lift the femoral artery with forceps, ligate the distal end, clamp the proximal end with hemostatic forceps, cut a small hole in the center of the artery, and insert it with a small sterile glass catheter or polyethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene tubing, and let go of the hemostatic forceps, and the blood will flow out from the catheter as well.
