The animal was immobilized, its right or left posterior joint was straightened, the back of the animal's foot was sterilized with alcohol, and after locating the dorsal mid-foot vein, the guinea pig was pulled by the toe end with one hand, and the vein was punctured with a syringe with the other hand. Bleeding was observed immediately after the needle was withdrawn in the form of a hemispherical bulge. Compression should be applied to stop bleeding after taking
