Summary

The purpose of this experiment is to master the principle of action of calcium and magnesium and its specific antagonistic relationship and to understand its practical significance; to familiarize with the methods of derivation of drug concentration and dosage of drug administration as well as the method of drug preparation as well as to familiarize with the method of designing observational indexes.

Move

1. Based on the relevant knowledge, each group discusses and designs the dosage of drugs, the order of dosing, the observation indicators, and the resuscitation plan, etc.; and writes the plan on the blackboard.

2. conduct a class discussion under the guidance of the teacher.

3. each group will formulate the best plan for the group.

4. the class begins to prepare the medicine and conduct the experiment.

5. before the end of the experiment, the class discusses it again.

6. write a lab report based on the experimental design, steps, and results.
