Can flow antibodies be used when stored at -20°C and then thawed?
Flow antibodies that should be labeled vary in stability depending on the fluorescein to which they are coupled, and it is recommended that preexperiments be performed to validate the antibodies after freezing and thawing before making a determination, e.g., the stability of FITC is superior to that of tandem dyes, and repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided regardless of the type of fluorescein
