Operation method

1. Function selection key: in the up position (pop-up).
2. "PSA-MCP" selector switch: placed in PSA.
3. "2-electrode - 3-electrode" selector switch: place on 2-electrode.
4. "+ - 0": Placement at 0. 5.
5. "Cathode - Anode" is placed on the anode.
Operate the keypad as follows
1. Turn on the unit.
2. Press the "Setting" key to display "A" and set the number "0" (representing the storage constant).
3. Press the "Set" key, display "B", set the number "40" (stirring electrolysis constant).
4. Press the "Set" key, "C" is displayed, and set the number "20" (sensitivity).
5. Press the "Count" key, "D" is displayed, and "0" is set (static potential dissolution).
6. Press the "Wash Electrode" key to deposit the above constants.
Voltage Adjustment
1. After completing steps 1 and 2, press the "DPSA" key to display "DPSAI" and begin voltage adjustment.
2. Adjust the "Start Voltage" knob so that the "Scanning Voltage" displays the lower limit of the record -0.2 V.
3. Turn the "Zero" knob to return the "Output Voltage" pointer to zero.
4. Adjust the "Start Voltage" knob so that the "Scanning Voltage" displays the upper limit of the record -0.9 V.
5) Turn the "Full" knob to make the "Output Voltage" pointer full scale.
6. Adjust the "Start Voltage" knob so that the "Scanning Voltage" displays the desired pre-electrolytic voltage value - 1.0 V.
7. Press the "DPSA" key to carry out electrolysis-dissolution.
