Principle

L-alanine + α-ketoglutarate ALT pyruvate + L-glutamate pyruvate + NADH + H+ → L-lactate + NAD+

Second, the experimental operation:

1. Dilute the reagents.

2. Turn on the machine and preheat it to 37 degrees Celsius.
